• All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• During peak periods (e.g., holidays or promotions), processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you via email if there is any delay.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship only within South Africa, partnering with The Courier Guy and DSV for reliable delivery.
• Standard Shipping: 1–5 business days (depending on your location within South Africa).
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over R1,500.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors like location (remote areas may take longer), weather, or carrier delays can affect arrival. We currently do not offer international shipping or express shipping options.
Shipping Costs
• We charge a flat fee shipping rate of R150 for orders below a total of R1500
• Free shipping is automatically applied on orders over R1,500.
Order Tracking
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships via The Courier Guy or DSV
• Track your package directly via The Courier Guy’s website or through DSV, depending on your parcel size. .
• Contact us if you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days of your order confirmation.
Shipping Address
• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete (including correct suburb, city, and postal code). We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for certain services.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
• For lost or significantly delayed packages (beyond estimated windows), we will investigate with The Courier Guy and work toward a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
• Claims for lost packages must typically be filed after 7–10 business days from the shipping date.
Changes or Cancellations
• All sales are final.
• Once shipped, changes are not possible, but you may contact us with special requests and we will do our best to provide support.
