Your new favourite crunchy breakfast rusk!

Health Rusk Recipe:
Dry Ingredients:
- 50g Oats
- 50g Blended Oats (Oat Flour)
- 1 Heaped Tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 30g Kellogg’s All Bran Flakes
- Trail Mix (Can Buy A Small Pack From Woolworths)
Wet Ingredients:
- 2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
- 120g Pear Sauce
- 2 Egg Whites
- 2 Full Eggs
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Mix dry ingredients and then the wet ingredients together.
- Apply cooking spray to a baking tray.
- Spread the mixture onto the baking tray.
- Sprinkle Trail Mix and All Bran Flakes on top of the mixture, pat it down a bit.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Take the rusk out and cut into 12 pieces.
- Bake for an additional 1.5 hours at 100 degrees for the rusk to come out crunchy.
