I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, especially when we are outdoors. I spend a lot of my time doing marketing and design related projects or hanging out with my fiancé. If I had more free time I would love to draw and paint more often. And of course, I spend most of my time in the gym with friends.

WHAT DRIVES YOU EVER DAY?
The fear of failure has been one of my biggest motivators. I am constantly working on improving myself as a person; being kinder to others, practicing patience (I am not a very patient person) as well as learning to accept that not everything can be controlled but the way I respond to it can be. I do not want to fail myself, and most importantly I do not want to fail others who may look up to me. I would like people to be inspired by my journey and know that they can achieve anything they believe in.
HOW DO YOU FIND BALANCE IN YOUR LIFE?
I have managed to find balance purely by accepting that there is a time when you work hard and then there is a time when you play hard. I am generally incredibly strict on my diet & my training routine during the week. Over weekends I allow myself to be “normal” and just enjoy time (and some delicious meals) with friends and family.
FAVOURITE YL PRODUCTS THAT YOU CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT?
I have fallen in love with the Raspberry Collagen Pro and it has become part of my evening routine. My other favourites include the Protein Almonds as well as the new Performance BCAA’s.

The best advice I can give anyone is that you can NEVER out train a bad diet – believe me, many of us in the fitness industry have tried.
